Our Lending & Funding Division plays a critical role in providing capital-to-fuel investment opportunities, and we are seeking a Director of Operations to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance in this division.

The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Lending & Funding Division, ensuring streamlined processes, compliance with industry regulations, and superior service delivery. This individual will lead teams, optimize workflows, and develop strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Lending & Funding Division, including loan origination and capital management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) through EOS and financial metrics to drive decision-making.
• Manage pipeline to help team drive results.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and management team to align operational goals with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to streamline processes.
• Maintain relationships with investors, borrowers, and industry partners to support growth and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations leadership. Experience within private money lending, mortgage lending, private equity, or a related field a plus.
• Strong knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and performance analysis.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Experience with loan origination software and CRM systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Servant leadership model with the ability to motivate and win as a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
