Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the personnel recruitment process including the creation of job advertisements, coordination/conduction of interviews and final selection of candidates in cooperation with functional department, contract negotiations 
  • Supports local personnel marketing activities 
  • Acts as contact person for internal (supervisors and employees) and external requests concerning HR related issues
  • Implements in cooperation with function department personnel measures/initiatives according to internal regulations 
  • Analyzes of educational/training requirements based on appraisal and assessment interviews and derives training suggestions
  • Coordinates trainings and workshops including relevant briefings/discussions with external and internal trainers
  • Compiles regular KPI reports and derives measures 
  • Participates in/leads local HR projects 
  • Supports the continuous optimization of processes and programs  
  • Completes administrative tasks (such as updating/maintaining personnel files, writes references/testimonials)
  • Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor. 

 

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience 
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge in HRIS systems (ADP, SAP, etc.)
  • 2 years of experience in automotive
