Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced sanitation supervisor to enforce our company’s sanitation policies. As a sanitation supervisor, you will be responsible for enforcing sanitation protocols in line with state health and safety regulations. To be successful as a sanitation supervisor, you should demonstrate detailed knowledge of the food and beverage industry, and a good eye for detail. A top-notch sanitation supervisor ensures the manufacturing facility is always up to code and running efficiently.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 ·Provides quality service with attention to detail.

·Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.

·Moves heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.

·Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

·Supervises hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.

·Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.

·Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

·Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
