Junior Business Analyst

Definitive Logic is currently seeking a Junior Business Analyst to assist our team in helping our clients drive business value.   What you’ll get to do: 
- Participate in our high performing team that designs, develops, implements, and maintains applications using the latest tools, technologies, and techniques- Help our customers enhance their analytic capabilities and the way they integrate, manage, and use their data by creating modern applications. - Operate as a trusted advisor that helps the Technology and Data Solutions (TDS) Practice and its customers achieve their goals.  

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders, end users, and technical team - Perform meeting preparation and facilitation - Perform analysis and documentation of organizations and business processes- Perform analysis and documentation of data and system requirements - Coordinate user acceptance testing  - Design and deliver end user training - Provides functional support to end users. Participate in large system and subsystem planning and all aspects of software development including - design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation - Provide sustainment and maintenance support for existing applications - Contribute to the requirements development of new features in support of rapidly emerging business and project needs - Work with agile development methodologies adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities - Collaborate with team members via MS Teams, Zoom, Git/Azure DevOps comments, documents, and frequent video conferences - Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys making a difference through technical contributions - Stimulate new ideas and offer out-of-the-box thinking - Provide guidance as necessary for lower-level employees - Perform other tasks as assigned 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BS Degree preferably but relevant experienced considered 
• Minimum of two years hands-on analyst experience for software engineering projects 
• Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills 
• DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with the Air Force Equal Opportunity Network (AF EONet) application 
• Experience with projects that include cloud solutions implemented in Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud 
• Experience with projects that include cloud solutions implemented in AWS Air Force Cloud One 
• Experience with projects that include application modernization and/or application migration to the cloud
