Job Description:

About the Role:

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing to lead supplier relationship management and drive performance across a defined product category. This critical role requires a deep understanding of supply networks and cross-functional coordination within the Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a collaborative, partnership-first mindset. As the Senior Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between Contract Manufacturing customers and internal departments, including Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, and Product Supply—ensuring seamless execution of priorities and optimal resource alignment.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

· Owns and manages the day-to-day customer relationship as the primary point of contact for the customer buyer.

· Proactively sells and customizes the company’s value proposition to meet customer needs.

· Accountable for developing and maintaining an accurate demand plan and addressing any gaps related to the Customer Annual Strategic Plan.

· Owns all business input required for the creation and execution of the Customer Annual Strategic Plan at the category level.

· Responsible for developing and delivering the customer Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

· Manages customer contracts, forecast planning, and pricing; drives profitability and growth of the customer P&L.

· Engages with brokers to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and performance expectations. Oversee broker contracts, payments, incentive structures, tracking, and identifies opportunities for enhancement and manages the annual broker spend budget, including commission rates and incentive accruals.

· Clearly communicates customer needs and requests across the organization.

· Analyzes customer data (BI/Unify) and identifies actionable insights to drive positive business performance for both TreeHouse and the customer.

· Provides strategic and financial recommendations for Contract Manufacturing projects, bids, and total customer growth opportunities.
