This position serves as the Lead Command Center Operator for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) responsible for operating the enterprise computing systems to ensure systems, operating platforms, subsystems, application, networks, and peripheral hardware are operating properly. In this role, you will monitor the enterprise systems and alert technicians in case of any alarms or issues arise. Additionally, you will serve as designated lead worker to lower-level staff by assigning work, reviewing work, providing guidance, training, and advising the supervisor regarding staff performance.
