Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time & PRN Options

What you'll do:

• Provide compassionate in-home care that promotes comfort and respect
• Based on each patient’s needs, administer medications, manage ventilators, tracheostomies, and/or G-tubes 
• Depending on the patient provide wound care management
• Guide and educate families to help them navigate care with confidence 
• Perform other nursing duties as required based on the patient’s needs

What it takes:

• Active LPN license in Nevada
• At least one year of hands-on clinical experience
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-ray (within the last 12 mos), or Quantiferon (within the last 5 yrs)
• Successful completion of background check. 
• Experience with G-tubes, or ventilators, or tracheostomies
