Interested applicants must be available during the 11-week program (May 27th – Aug. 8th, 2025). This position is on-site at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.
The Risk Management Operations (RMO) Product Intern will help the RMO Product Department with various projects related to managing products like vehicle insurance tracking, real estate insurance tracking, total loss claims support, and more. Product management projects and tasks may include review and management of product marketing collateral, product training program development, product dashboard development, or product contract review. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of lender services or insurance claims.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Product Management
- Attendance and review of product steering committee meetings
- Review and management of product backlogs
Product Collateral Management
- Assist with review and maintenance of sales, marketing, and client education collateral
- Development of new product collateral
Product Dashboard Development
- Development of product reporting dashboards used by internal stakeholders to understand the performance and efficacy of Allied’s manufactured products
Product Contract Review
- Review and maintain existing client contracts and statements of work and update templates for these documents to ensure that our contracts appropriately describe the services RMO delivers.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
- Minimum two years of college completed with a communications, marketing, or sales concentration preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong decision making and organizational skills required
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achievement
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products, with ability to learn internal systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple support functions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
- Proven track record of dependability and reliability
- Ability to acknowledge and respect confidential information
- Experience with content management or sales enablement preferred
