An expert on Power Apps to design, configure and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Power platform. The candidate will take an active role in supporting and building on the MPP application. The candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or the board of directors. The candidate should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li>Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy</li><li>Identify the client's sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings</li><li>Delivering services and solutions for clients using Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations</li><li>Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions satisfying customer requirements.</li><li>Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation</li><li>Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization and low code applications</li><li>Develop and continue to refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools</li><li>Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution</li><li>Responsible for high quality, bug-free development as per the coding standards in close collaboration and interaction with other members of the development/QA team</li><li>Participate in daily project scrum meetings and provide a daily personal status report</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solution ensuring high quality, reliable</li><li>Serve as Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management</li><li>Help create design documentation for new solutions and functions</li><li>Work with the support team to resolve production support issues</li><li>Will be proactive in staying up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announced in Microsoft’s wave plans</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Need:</u></b></p><ul><li>Must have a minimum of FOUR (4) years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience</li><li>Selected Candidate must be able to commute onsite to the client as needed</li><li>US Citizenship is contractually required</li><li>Must have a Bachelor’s degree (4yr college degree)</li><li>Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer to include both on-premise and SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer to include creating custom workflow solutions, and PowerApps / Power Automate (M365 Suite of Products)</li><li>Experience in designing complex common data models</li><li>Understanding of RPA development lifecycle, including process and object creation.</li><li>Experience developing with UiPath.</li><li>Familiarity with RPA Control Room, queue management, and scheduling.</li><li>Ability to follow RPA best practices and coding standards under supervision.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts</li><li>Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate</li><li>Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model</li><li>Knowledge and experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies.</li><li>Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment</li><li>Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps</li><li>Experience developing PowerApps model</li><li>Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and nontechnical users</li><li>Ability to initiate majority of relevant tasks, specify and plan activities for task accomplishments and notify supervisor of variances. Prior experience working in a non- governmental organization (NGO)</li><li>Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions</li><li>Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments</li><li>Core Skills:
