Purpose
The Associate Director, Patient Services will be responsible for developing and executing Amryt’s Patient Services for MYCAPSSA®. This position will work across the organization to ensure all strategies and tactics are aligned with the MYCAPSSA® patient needs and the MYCAPSSA® brand strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing the MYCAPSSA® specialty pharmacy and HUB operations. Patient Services experience and expertise are required.
This position is remotely based with some travel required. This position reports to the Executive Director, Patient Services and Distribution.
Main Responsibilities
The role functions as Patient Services subject matter expert for MYCAPSSA® and collaborates cross-functionally to design and implement programs that support both the MYCAPSSA® patient and brand objectives.
• Align with MYCAPSSA® Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Advocacy, Commercial Operations, and Supply Chain to implement best-in-class patient services and distribution model
• Oversee the development of the MYCAPSSA® patient services program, and its day-to-day operations with a laser focus on operational excellence aligned to the patient’s needs
• Ensure effective vendor integrations with a focus on continuous improvement of specialty pharmacies and HUB operational processes to deliver an exceptional experience for MYCAPSSA® patients
• Liaise with Commercial Operations regarding reporting, dashboard development, data measurement, analysis, and data quality related to specialty pharmacy and HUB activities
• Provide input and guidance for MYCAPSSA® program-related marketing materials and patient and provider communications.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to field training for content development and training initiatives related to the MYCAPSSA® patient services program
• Plan, lead, and execute MYCAPSSA® programs business reviews for all vendors
• Interpret program data for purposes of assessing reimbursement and access trends, program performance and utilization, pharmacy performance, patient adherence, and MYCAPSSA® program alignment to agreed-upon KPIs
• Manage creation and maintenance of all MYCAPSSA® Program SOPs, business rules, work instructions, and training materials related to the MYCAPSSA® patient support program
