About the role

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contract
Schedule: 10:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 4:00pm (Singapore Time) every Saturday with an hour of unpaid break (40 hours a week)
Scope: Full-time, Permanent work from home

Responsibilities :
• Reply in a timely manner on our various communication channels: Whatsapp, Telegram, and Carousell
• Answer queries from potential clients
• Schedule on-site measurements for interested clients
• Provide estimate quotation for clients
• Send quotation to customers after sales team has visited site
• Prompt clients for balance payment once installation is completed

Requirements

• Strong written English and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to recommend the suitable products for the client's needs
