Sr. Manager, Co-Brand and Financial Partnerships

Responsible for the relationship management, strategy and budget allocations of non-US Co-Brand Card and Financial partners (Mastercard, Chase Travel(. Also responsible for growth opportunities for IHG Co-Brand (e.g. strategy for new Co-Brands/financial partners in new markets/regions, U.S. Program optimization)
Your day to day
- Lead product growth strategy for US Co-Brand
- Manage end-to-end contractual process for new Co-Brand products with issuers and networks
- Actively partner with our Co-Brand partners and Internal stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive ancillary revenue for IHG; responsibilities include Cardmember servicing, Card acquisition, Card retention and ongoing Cardmember engagement initiatives through offers and marketing.
- Manage Co-Brand growth initiatives for the US portfolio
- Analyze and monitor competitive intelligence and make appropriate decisions on market responses.
What we need from you
- Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6-8 years of experience in partnership management (financial partnerships a plus) or project management
- Experience managing a budget
- Experience in engaging cross functional working partnerships in a global organization
- Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG revenue goals and bottom-line
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated negotiating capability and creative thinking to develop win-win negotiating strategies as well as strategic ways to gain competitive advantage and generate additional profit through business alliances
- Demonstrated financial proficiency in order to assess and quantify the financial value of current and potential business opportunities
- Demonstrated marketing skills to maximize the value of the financial partner marketing funds
- Demonstrated ability in effectively managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of negotiating strategic partner relationships and providing information to clients, vendors, and staff.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $115,000.00 to $135,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
