What you'll do

• Service customer base by phone, email or other forms of correspondence.
• Create and update databases and records in our software systems.
• Track customer loads and update in various websites as required .
• Submit reports and prepare documents as needed.
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Assist colleagues & dispatch team whenever necessary
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution

• Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
• Familiarity with common procedures and basic clerical skills.
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of Microsoft office 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
•  Experience in Trucking/logistics a plus
• College degree preferred.
