Associate Business Development Manager

This position will be responsible for conducting inside sales for ABM within the Business and Industry group. 

Annual Salary Range:  $70,000.00-$75,000.00 US Dollars
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.  You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Essential Functions: 

• Cold call perspective customers.
• Enter data for prospects identified in Salesforce.  
• Research target prospects, competition, and industry verticals.
• Strategically manage identified prospects alongside the Sr Business Development Managers.
• Shadow active representatives in the field as requested. 

Required Qualifications: 

Education: 

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Experience: 

• 0 - 2 years of experience, including sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
• 1-2 years of professional customer support/service experience 

Other:

• Demonstrated record of success cold calling prospects.
• Technical knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate / Property Management service industry a plus. 
• Must be self-disciplined, results driven, and a high performer. 
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn (or similar CRM).
