Job Summary:

Works to develop and implement industry best practices in clinical student placement and onboarding at the system level with an emphasis on standardizing processes across the system. Serves as a main point of contact for clinical placement activities. Coordinates affiliation agreement contract management. Serves as a liaison between educational institutions and SSM Health regarding student placements. Uses current data to make decisions regarding clinical placement.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes organizational software to coordinate, track and onboard clinical rotations across the system.
• Leverages technologies to improve efficiency.
• Communicates with organizational staff and clinical faculty and students to ensure optimal clinical experience.
• Utilizes technology to evaluate clinical faculty and student experiences during clinical rotation.
• Records, maintains and extracts data related to clinical student placement and onboarding.
• Monitors compliance to academic affiliation agreement guidelines and related policies for onboarding clinical faculty and students.
• Educates organizational stakeholders on student placement and onboarding processes and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Associate's degree

EXPERIENCE

• Two years’ experience
