As a Marketing Analytics Lead within the Consumer Bank Marketing Analytics team as a part of Data & Analytics, you will analyze campaign performance and develop optimal strategies for onboarding and engaging customers. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to interpret results and present actionable insights. Our team culture is inclusive, collaborative, and focused on promoting meaningful outcomes. You will work alongside talented professionals across Consumer Bank Marketing Analytics and Consumer Bank Test Design teams, ensuring a rigorous controls environment for accurate and timely results. The role provides exposure to advanced analytics projects and opportunities for innovation. You will consult on experimental design, data collection, and develop new strategies in partnership with other Data & Analytics teams. Job responsibilities

  • Lead analytics strategy, planning, and execution for onboarding and engagement marketing campaigns
  • Measure campaign performance regularly and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct unstructured ad hoc analysis of customer behavior
  • Perform A/B and incrementality test reads to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze profitability and optimize marketing spend
  • Consult on experimental design and data collection with stakeholders
  • Develop new strategies in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams
  • Interpret results and present findings to stakeholders and senior management
  • Participate in innovation projects to advance analytics capabilities
  • Collaborate with data professionals to maintain an inclusive team environment
  • Maintain rigorous controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness of results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
  • Three years of experience applying statistical methods to real-world problems
  • Three years of experience with SQL and at least one analytical tool such as SAS, Python, or R
  • Experience with data visualization techniques for analysis and presentation
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Insight, Webtrends, or CoreMetrics
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to communicate concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners
