Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid/Remote

Goldberg, Miller & Rubin is a regional insurance defense law firm with offices in Manhattan, Philadelphia, and North Jersey that has been successfully litigating cases for its clients for close to four decades. We are an aggressive and talented team of trial attorneys who are dedicated to getting the best results for our clients.

We are seeking a litigation paralegal to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and create medical summaries.
• Assisting attorneys in preparing civil litigation matters for trial.
• Work with clients to receive discovery documents.
• Review discovery materials.
• Draft motions and discovery responses as well as other documents.
• Draft and send out Subpoenas.
• Set up independent medical examinations.
• Prepare for trial.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal; experience in insurance defense required.
• Experience summarizing medical records.
• Paralegal certificate or other related degree is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
