Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience demonstrating knowledge of and skill applying DOD and DON Information Technology Security regulations, requirement and procedures. *Experience displaying working knowledge of equipment characteristics, computer techniques, requirements, methods, and procedures to include familiarity with approaches used by organizations in other agencies and/or the private sector in order to evaluate quality and level of service provided and to provide advice and assistance to managers. *Experience demonstrating knowledge of and skill applying project management principles and methods; performance management/measurement methods, tools, and techniques; requirement analysis principles and methods; acquisition management policies and procedures; analytical methods and practices; oral and written communication techniques sufficient to conduct analyses and recommend resolution of complex issues; identify and define business or technical requirement applied to the design, development, implementation, management, and support of systems and networks, evaluate proposals for acquisition of IT products or services, prepare and present reports; represent the origination in interactions with other organizations; and provide technical leadership on group projects.
