Strengthen and take lead to improve Quality Management System (QMS) including ISO requirements. Lead, support and improve hourly and salaried quality team(s). Leads the factory Quality Initiative(s) -example BiQ- implementation and sustainment.<p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><span><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><h1><b>What you’ll do </b></h1><ul><li><span>Accountable for keep site Quality Management System on a level which complies with actual ISO 9001requirements</span></li><li>Manage projects and continuous improvement efforts in accordance with Quality metrics</li><li>Lead Problem Solving and RCA activities related to COPQ and Quality system / manufacturing related issues</li><li>Compile, trend and report Quality metrics in relation to improvement activities</li><li>Mentor individuals and drive a robust training program for Quality related roles/activities</li><li>Maintain and improve quality process documentation and enforce to ensure consistent quality</li><li>Drive standards in problem solving and improvements across the factory</li><li>Implement, maintain and continuously improve processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies</li><li><span>Leads factory Quality system implementations and accountable for maintaining it</span></li><li><span>Actively participate in Quality Initiative(s) -example BiQ- system improvement</span></li><li>Drive a culture change in Continuous Improvement and Quality Stop Work initiatives/ Layered Process Reviews</li><li>Provide input on new product introductions or new processes as required</li><li>Develop process auditing routines to assure compliance to established procedures, maintain area in a condition that support ISO compliance and report it to the management</li><li>Lead technical regulation and standard product and process audits, address non-conformities.</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)</b></h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from preferably Engineering or Quality from an accredited university or college</li><li>Experience in leading Manufacturing, Quality or highly cross-functional teams</li><li>Expertise in Six Sigma Quality concepts and tools (DFSS, DMAIC, Design and Process FMEA , MSA, SPC, etc.)</li><li>Competency in RCA (8D/DMAIC/PSR)</li><li>Change agent, with strong credibility at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English as well</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li><span>Experience in Quality Management and ISO 9001</span></li><li>Logical thinking, precise, good communication and team facilitation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits Available to You </b></p><p></p><p>GE Vernova employees rise to the challenge of building a world that works.
