- Provide in-home nursing care and administer prescribed treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
- Educate patients and their families about health and wellness.
- RN or LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clients’ homes.
- Experience in home health or hospice settings preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check and have current CPR certification.
