[Mandarin] Warehouse Operator

Position Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Burbank CA

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Operator role includes daily tasks such as receiving, sorting, storing, picking, shipping, delivery coordination, and returned package processingprimarily handling small parcels. The position requires strict adherence to safety protocols, accurate inventory management, and effective communication with team members and supervisors. Heavy lifting is not required, as all necessary lifting equipment and safety tools are provided. Attention to detail and strong coordination with warehouse and logistics teams are essential.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $21, full-time

• Benefits: 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid annual leave, paid sick leave, statutory holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process shipments, including sorting, labeling, and preparing parcels for delivery
• Manage returned package processing in accordance with company procedures
• Coordinate with delivery teams and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely handling of parcels

• Maintain accurate records of shipped and returned items

• Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory updates and tracking
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 5 months1 year of overseas warehouse or logistics experience; express/courier warehouse experience a plus

• Basic computer proficiency required

• Strong learning ability, responsibility, and positive work attitude

• Flexibility to follow monthly scheduling arrangements

Professional Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping processes

• Ability to multitask and perform accurately under time constraints

• Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations

• Ability to identify and resolve minor operational issues independently

Project Management & Communication Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, team members, and drivers

• Ability to follow instructions and report issues promptly

• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues during peak periods

Language Skills:

• Basic English reading and writing skills for handling labels, shipping documents, and system entries

• Mandarin proficiency preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Willing to complete any required training or certifications for equipment operation
