We’re currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a high performing team, and ensure efficient, accurate movement of goods at our Broomfield, CO distribution center. Job Description

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, controlling and directing all activities necessary for the optimal operation of our warehouse. They will oversee the receipt, storage, value-added servicing, returns, and shipping operation of a wide variety of products in a high volume distribution center with the goal of ensuring our sales targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for overseeing the successful operation of the warranty and repairs department, with support from the customer service and ecommerce teams. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and high‑performing warehouse environment. This role optimizes warehouse processes in North America to meet organizational goals and drives continuous improvement. This position will regularly communicate and interact with regional teams including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.

The Warehouse Manager will work in tandem with various departments and maintain a flexible attitude, supporting all the work that helps in achieving organizational goals. The Warehouse Manager reports to the Operations Manager.

Position Duties

  • Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Monitors performance, coaches and counsels as necessary, addresses performance issues, conducts performance reviews and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime with staff. 
  • Maintains receiving, returns, warehousing, warranty, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by establishing, monitoring, and managing warehouse operation goals
  • Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
  • Ensure that the Warranty Department is meeting or exceeding customer expectations with response times, repair outcomes, and final claim resolutions
  • Maintain all warehouse equipment, ensuring it is operational and that planned maintenance machinery and equipment is carried out
  • Keep stock control systems up to date, reconcile with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP ERP and plan for future capacity requirements
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions. Accurately input inventory balance and adjustments and data related to product in the inventory system. Prepare inventory reports as necessary
  • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock
  • Enforce high standards of workplace safety and the maintenance and security of the building and meet OSHA, local, state, and federal regulation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree desired in logistics, supply chain management or related field; High School diploma required.
  • 5+ years experience in a warehouse management role managing salary and hourly employees
  • 3+ years warehouse and inventory management experience
  • Solid expertise in warehouse management procedures, high-volume distribution environments and continuous improvement practices
  • Proven track record in hiring, supervising and training warehouse employees
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability manage staff
  • Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, including company operating system (SAP), all Micr
