Job Description

Your Role: 

As a Visual Design Intern, you will live and breathe visual design and your true love exists at the intersection of logic and beauty who can bring opinions, hopes, dreams and big ideas to the table. Design systems and interface designs are your jam but you don't limit yourself and want to dabble in all things design including web, mobile, ecomm, and brand work. 

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Visual design for all kinds of clients in all kinds of industries 

• Work with and learn from visual design and other craft experts 

• Operate and learn across mediums, from digital to traditional to cutting-edge spaces like the metaverse 

• Contribute to the culture that makes up our team (new people make us better) 

Qualifications

• A resume and portfolio 

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite--Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Expertise in Sketch 

• Your secondary/supporting design skills may include motion design (like page transitions, animations, etc.) or digital illustration (logo and icon work, key art, storyboarding, textural graphical elements, etc.). 

• While not a UX designer, you are comfortable partnering with UX teams and have a conceptual understanding of UX design principles and processes. 

• You are passionate about the creative world and love to stay on top of the latest design trends, strategies, and technologies as well as how competitors within the industry are doing things 

Eligibility 

• You can be a rising senior, recent graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off 

• You must be currently based in the U.S. 

• Tell us if you are available to work for 40 hours per week. If not, what is your availability? We offer flexible schedules to work around school or other commitments 

Program Duration and Details: 

• Hybrid Internship (minimum of 1-2 days in office with virtual exceptions by agency) 

• 10-week internship program from 6/6/2023-8/15/2023

Compensation Range: $20 - $23/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.  This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.  This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) p
