Recruiter Intern – Talent Acquisition
Location:  Remote, in Virginia
Department: HR - Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Director Talent 
Duration: Up to 12 weeks
Type: Paid Internship 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full-cycle recruitment process within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to attract top talent that drives exceptional patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities
- Review and screen incoming resumes for various clinical and non-clinical roles
-Source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
-Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, indeed, or other sourcing platforms is a plus
