What you will do:
- Filling and checking orders
- Shipping and receiving product
- Stocking shelves
- Cutting wire
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
- Committed to 100% accuracy and Doing it Right the First Time (DIRTFT)
- Ability to learn and use handheld scanners and operating systems
- Safe operation of forklift or other Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, teamwork focused and great customer service skills
- Willingness and desire to improve skill level through training opportunities
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime
- Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
- Warehouse environment with hard surfaces, persistent noise, and fluctuation temperatures
- Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
Salary and Compensation (WA only)
- This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime
- Pay range is $20.00 - $25.38 per hour
- Eligible for a monthly Warehouse Incentive Bonus after completion of training prerequisites
