Warehouse Associate - Auburn

What you will do:

• Filling and checking orders
• Shipping and receiving product
• Stocking shelves
• Cutting wire
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned

 

What you will bring:

• Committed to 100% accuracy and Doing it Right the First Time (DIRTFT)
• Ability to learn and use handheld scanners and operating systems
• Safe operation of forklift or other Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, teamwork focused and great customer service skills
• Willingness and desire to improve skill level through training opportunities

 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime
• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Warehouse environment with hard surfaces, persistent noise, and fluctuation temperatures
• Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance

 

Salary and Compensation (WA only)

• This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime
• Pay range is $20.00 - $25.38 per hour
• Eligible for a monthly Warehouse Incentive Bonus after completion of training prerequisites
