If </span><span>you are</span><span> passionate about designing robust systems, leading change and influencing enterprise-wide technology decisions, </span><span>we would</span><span> love to hear from you.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><h2><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></h2><ul><li><p><span><span>Support the design and implementation of Evotec’s enterprise architecture roadmap and long-term IT strategy</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Evaluate and recommend </span><span>new technologies</span><span> and tools to enhance enterprise-wide IT capabilities and align with strategic goals</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Provide guidance and support to IT teams during the analysis and design phases of new projects</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>E</span></span><span><span>nsure compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks, industry standards, and best practices</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Conduct regular assessments of the IT environment to </span><span>identify</span><span> areas for optimization, risk mitigation, and innovation</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Supervise the use and the development of Evotec's existing Enterprise Architecture platform (MEGA Hopex), ensuring data accuracy and alignment with </span><span>relevant</span><span> architecture models</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><h2><b><span>Qualifications</span></b><span> </span></h2><ul><li><p><span><span>A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong communication</span><span> and interpersonal skills, and the ability to give convincing presentations to a larger group at all hierarchical levels</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) is considered an asset</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS), integration strategies, and cybersecurity principles is a plus</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Fluency in German</span><span>, French</span><span> and/or Italian is a plus</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span>FR : Dans le cadre de sa politique Diversité, Evotec étudie, à compétences égales, toutes les candidatures dont celles des personnes en situation de handicap.</span></p><p><span>ENG : In the frame of our Diversity policy, Evotec considers, with equal competences, all applications including people with disabilities.</span></p><p></p><p></p>
