We are seeking a Sr. UX Designer in the Assist & Support product area to support our Fleet team in creating premium, efficient, customer-centric digital products focused on our business segment to help drive Volvo Cars digital transformation.

 

What you'll do

As a Sr. UX Designer in our Assist & Support UX team, you’ll redefine what it means to be part of Volvo Cars Fleet both as an owner or as a company car driver and help create new systems that orchestrate excellent customer experiences throughout every phase of the customer lifecycle. You'll be part of elevating user experience in collaboration with stakeholders in commercial teams, product, and engineering partners.

 

You'll help the team see the entire commercial landscape of the Volvo ecosystem and create ownership experiences for customers that are seamless, premium, and delightful. You'll advocate for the user and exceptional design with a high level of craft.

 

 

Who you are

We believe that you are a person who thinks big at the system level and has worked extensively using insights from data to inform and personalize user experience in both internal and customer-facing systems, whether that's in automotive or in another data-rich industry that caters for B2B segments both in an online and in brick-and-mortar shopping experience, with a focus on continue to deepen their relationship with the brand post-purchase. You are as familiar working with internal tools and enterprise applications as customer-facing interfaces and artefacts.

We are looking for someone who has:

• You’ve been in UX Design for 3+ years for consumer-focused technology, so you understand all aspects of product architecture, interaction and visual design, and UX research. You’re a strong communicator and collaborator with design partners, and other stakeholders from teams such as product, operations, and engineering.
• Strong UX fundamentals and user-centered design practices.
• Strong visual design foundations and craft.
• The ability to identify market specific needs and expand to a global scale.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Experience with CRM and journey-based CX thinking.
• A portfolio (or work samples) of relevant past projects.
• You are inclusive and appreciate working in a diverse team.

 

Experience with B2B applications and fleet management are positives.
