This position is part of the Global Treasury Operations team and together with the Sr. Lead, Global Treasury Operations, is responsible for the Operational Excellence of our team and the Compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations. Primary responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of efficient Treasury Operations policies and procedures, the implementation of consistent processes and controls across the globe, execution of regulatory reporting, improvement of systems efficiency and participating or leading several treasury projects.  This position is a Global, hands on position, with a focus to US region as well. The person in this role, will work very closely with the rest of Treasury Operations team to coordinate tasks with rest team members. It will also communicate frequently with a number of functional groups within the global Treasury and CFO group, Internal Control and Internal Audit Groups, Legal, IT group, and will also cooperate with external banking partners.

A Day In The Life:

• Work on developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work on implementing SOX and internal controls and processes consistently across the globe.
• Ensure compliance with external regulations and execution of external compliance reporting, ie FBAR, etc.
• Ensure processes compliance with internal controls and Group’s Delegation of Authority.
• Work closely and build good relationships with internal, external audit and internal control teams.
• Manage audit requests.
• Lead & coordinate small treasury projects and work and/or participate in bigger projects.
• Work together with other people in the team  in driving system improvements and in cooperation with IT team implementing new system solutions, that enhance competitive advantages, quality, and overall operational excellence.
• Work closely with the IT department and Global Treasury Operations in resolving systems issues and providing support when needed.
• Coordinate and execute US quarterly SAP regression testing.
• Responsible for SAP limit management.
• Prepare reports on operational performance (KPIs).
• Global banking fees monitoring.
• Business Partners creation & maintenance in SAP.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required. 
• Act as back up for specific tasks of the rest Treasury Operations team, where and when possible.

You Bring This Value:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• Master degree in Finance or MBA preferred.

Work Experience 

• 6-8 years of Finance experience in a multinational company; Treasury experience preferred.
• Familiarity with banking software, cash pools and in-house-bank structures preferred.
• Experience in process improvement projects.
• Experience in treasury system implementations preferred.
• Solid experience with SAP. 
• Experience in managing people preferred.

Skills

• Advanced computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Power-BI.
