Production - Heavy Manufacturing

Position Title: 

Production / Machine Operator

2nd Shift - 3pm - 11pm

 

Pay Rate:

$21.01 plus shift premium

 

Sign on Bonus:    

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,  

 

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (3pm-11pm – Monday-Friday) and some Saturdays

The Job You Will Perform:

• We are looking for machine operators who have the abilities and aptitude to progress within the company 
• Verify product meets quality standards
• Adjust production equipment/machinery setup
• Clean equipment or machinery
• Monitor production machinery/equipment operation to detect problems
• Ability to properly communicate with teammates, maintenance and management on machine performance or other concerns
• This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment (examples include standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures/ weather conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds)

• Ability to read and understand tape measurers
• Ability to make machine adjustments and perform preventative maintenance as required
• Ability to create and update production records
• Ability to work safely in a fast paced environment as part of a team
