Business Application Analyst III

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for developing innovation solutions? Join our team! As a Business Applications Analyst III, you will be using your skills and expertise to problem solve and architect challenging, new IT solutions. You'll be responsible for planning, analysis, and design of our enhancements, major deployments, upgrades, and user/role based security. Your technical responsibilities include the application of our server based IT system methodologies and concepts.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 6 or more years of relevant experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Strong experience with Windows and Microsoft Office lifecycle management and managing 3rd party licenses software

Preferred:

• Experience troubleshooting\managing Windows 10 and Microsoft's upgrade cycle Experience managing/configuring Microsoft Office
• Experience troubleshooting and configuring workstation hardware
• Experience managing endpoints using latest version of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Experience managing mobile devices using an MDM/EMM
• Experience troubleshooting and configuring Dell & Microsoft workstations specifically
