Daher Service Center Director

Daher’s Pompano Beach, Florida site is a key U.S. Part 145 aircraft maintenance and service center, providing comprehensive maintenance, repair, inspection, and technical support for Daher’s TBM and Kodiak turboprop aircraft. The facility supports both individual owners and commercial operators, performing hands‑on airframe, powerplant, propeller, and systems maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer data. The site also plays an important role in training and mentoring aviation maintenance professionals, reinforcing Daher’s commitment to safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement within its global aircraft support network.

Daher is looking to hire a new Service Center Director to lead our Pompano Beach Service Center. This is a key leadership role at the heart of Daher’s service operations and growth strategy. As Service Center Director, you are accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the Pompano Beach Service Center. You lead all maintenance and avionics operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. As a key business leader, you drive financial performance, develop high-performing teams, and contribute to Daher’s continued success in a dynamic and competitive aviation environment.

Primary role and responsibilities:

Business & Financial Performance

You are responsible for delivering sustainable financial performance and driving business growth.

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization of the Service Center
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (productivity, margins, efficiency)
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the Service Center growth strategy

Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management

You position customer experience as a key differentiator for the Service Center.

  • Build trusted relationships with customers, FAA representatives, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery
  • Drive Daher Service Essentials standards across the organization
  • Leverage customer feedback and performance data to continuously improve satisfaction

Operational Excellence & Compliance

You ensure that operations consistently meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Lead safe, efficient, and compliant aircraft maintenance operations (FAA – Part 145)
  • Optimize planning, resource allocation, and turnaround times
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, quality, and company standards
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
  • Oversee facilities, equipment, tooling, and operational readiness

Leadership & People Development

What you need to have:

Experience & Expertise

We are looking for a seasoned aviation leader with strong operational and regulatory expertise.

  • 7–10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations. FAA Part 145 repair station experience is required.
