As part of the Global Lodging & Ground Solutions team (Lodging, Car, Rail & Tour), the candidate will be actively engaged in specific projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing analytical skills, create accurate and detailed visual analytics to aid sales and operations team with data driven insights
• Work with internal and external customers to understand business processes, troubleshoot issues, analyze and write use cases and provide solutions
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and document internal and external processes and workflows where needed
• Compile user documentation based on business requirements
• Optimize Salesforce by matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of Salesforce and Einstein platforms

Job Requirements

Preferred requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science or Data & Business analytics with a graduation date after August 2024
• Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems Proven interpersonal, analytical, attention to detail, strategy, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to help and serve others in your team
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with teammates, internal customers, and suppliers
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment
• Previous hospitality or travel industry experience preferred, not required
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery a plus
