Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily housing
• Strong HVAC background and EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to handle after-hours emergency calls
• Able to walk the property regularly in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all property maintenance operations, including buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests and unit make-readies efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor maintenance work
• Maintain OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
• Support hiring, training, and management of maintenance staff
• Monitor inventory and work within the maintenance budget
