Specialist, Platform Reporting

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Specialist, Platform Reporting supports the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organization’s reporting platforms and data outputs. This role focuses on reliable execution, configuration support, and issue resolution to help ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with established standards. The specialist works closely with platform managers, analysts, and data teams and is expected to operate with increasing independence in a production reporting environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is located in St. Louis, MO.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support day-to-day operations of reporting platforms and tools.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Configure and maintain standard reports and dashboards within established platforms.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor report outputs and data quality; investigate issues and escalate as needed.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support testing and validation of new reports, enhancements, and data changes.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain documentation for reports, data definitions, and reporting processes.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with platform managers, analysts, and data teams on assigned work.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support onboarding and training efforts related to reporting tools and outputs.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Respond to and resolve routine user inquiries related to reporting.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style=&
