In this role, you will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories in JIRA, and test system functionality — through both manual and automated testing — to validate enhancements, identify defects, and ensure quality across ongoing releases. We are looking for someone detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly. Prior testing experience is not required but strongly preferred.&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Gather and analyze business requirements; identify functional requirements and create user stories for application enhancements and fixes</li> <li>Create, manage, and track JIRA tickets throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Test developed stories and ensure application QA through manual and automated testing&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare for and participate in internal design sessions</li> <li>Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users</li> <li>Develop and maintain documentation</li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery using SAFe methodologies; assist the Scrum Master and team as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Recommend process improvements throughout the project lifecycle</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you need:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years professionally work experience as a Business Analyst with an active Top Secret clearance.</li> <li>Must understand, gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories in JIRA.</li> &
