The work: 

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive end-to-end integration solutions. You will lead client discussions to define integration requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment between business processes and supporting applications. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Architect and deliver scalable integration solutions across Salesforce Health Cloud and CPQ. 

• Lead client engagements to understand business objectives, define requirements, and translate them into robust technology solutions. 

• Map business processes to applications, define data entities, and select the appropriate integration technologies, components, and patterns. 

• Design the overall integration architecture, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. 

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide technical leadership to the development team. 

• Guide and mentor team members, drive architectural decisions, and resolve complex technical challenges. 

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key solution and design decisions across projects. 

• Develop innovative solutions to problems that span multiple systems or teams. 

 Location Requirement: 

This role requires on-site presence at the local ATC office in Chesterbrook, PA 2–3 times per week.   

What you need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce development, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce CPQ

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
