As a Manager, Carrier Operations (Technology) at RXO, you’ll serve as primary integrator between the operations and the technology teams, processes and systems. This role is to ensure RXO’s technology is delivering the best possible support to operations. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Meet with Operations leadership (regional vice presidents and directors) to identify new system requirements monthly
• Work closely with the IT team to relay system needs and actively manage and prioritize product roadmap
• Work with business integration team to prioritize updates based on most critical business needs
• Regularly test CLM to ensure calculations are accurate and troubleshoot issues
• Oversee market data integrations with CLM
• Ensure carrier payment integration and settlements are paid appropriately
• Work with impacted markets when CLM errors are identified to adjust settlements, so carriers are properly paid
• Work closely with finance, technology, regional vice presidents, directors, and RXO leadership

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 5 years of related experience

 

It would be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Expert-level user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Acts as a subject matter expert and provides training, troubleshooting and other support for software applications managed by business units (i.e., TMS, CLM, TripNets, etc.)

• Experience managing an IT team and prioritizing actions against business needs
• Deep understanding of new settlement structure and broader operations processes
• Understanding of CLM system architecture and ability to test and debug
