General Description:

 

Apply academic learnings and strategy to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and consumer research. Leverage resources from Maverick Dining to drive program. With a focus in;

 

• Building a Brand & Driving Revenue Management of Revenue Streams Partnership Collaboration
• Limited Time Offers Collaborating with Managerial Majors to Create Promotions Drive Check Average and Revenue at Non-Peak Times
• Advertising & Social Media Leveraging Compass Group Graphic Resources Initiate Creative Campaigns on Website and Social Media
• Consumer Research Guest Satisfaction Surveys & Focus Groups
• Professional Mentor: LeeAnn Irland, Marketing Director Chartwells Higher Education, Maverick Dining
