Position Requirements

What You’ll Need: 

• 6+ years as a Product Owner, with proven experience in automation-focused initiatives. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field 

• Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow orchestration, API integrations) and their application in enterprise environments. 

• Ability to analyze complex business flows and translate them into scalable automated solutions. 

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders and drive consensus. 

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira). 

What Could Set You Apart: 

• Direct experience in process automation, process improvement, or BSA positions enabling automation 

• Experience with machine learning & AI-enabled automation 

• Problem-solving and process-thinking using Lean, BPM, or Six Sigma 

• Former familiarity with process mining including Celonis or Signavio 

• Automation certifications including, but not limited to: RPA Associate/Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified RPA professional, Blue Prism Developer/Power Automate PL-500/Pega- Various 

• Product Ownership & Agile Certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) 

• Prior delivery of automation in specific domains (financial services, finance, payments or similar) 
  
  **This role has the potential for On-Call weekend or early morning availability to support business needs.
  
  **Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
