What You’ll Need:
6+ years as a Product Owner, with proven experience in automation-focused initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow orchestration, API integrations) and their application in enterprise environments.
Ability to analyze complex business flows and translate them into scalable automated solutions.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
What Could Set You Apart:
Direct experience in process automation, process improvement, or BSA positions enabling automation
Experience with machine learning & AI-enabled automation
Problem-solving and process-thinking using Lean, BPM, or Six Sigma
Former familiarity with process mining including Celonis or Signavio
Automation certifications including, but not limited to: RPA Associate/Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified RPA professional, Blue Prism Developer/Power Automate PL-500/Pega- Various
Product Ownership & Agile Certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
Prior delivery of automation in specific domains (financial services, finance, payments or similar)
**This role has the potential for On-Call weekend or early morning availability to support business needs.
**Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
