International Customer Service & Logistic Specialist

• Fixed-term Contract (12 months) 
• Engineering/Business Degree or equivalent 
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Supply Chain, or Logistics  
• Fluent communication in English and Italian is mandatory

  

Position Summary 
Within the International Supply Chain team of Nestlé Waters, you will be responsible for managing order shipments and for being in strict contact with our European affiliates. 
  
A day in the life of the International Supply Chain Specialist 

• Having a daily contact with WH/ factory/ IMSP & supply planner/ T-hub
• Main activities on a daily/weekly basis: order management, load optimization, product stock verification, Dispatch plan, interface with T-hub, export document; 
• Having a front-end contact with key stakeholders: we expect you to find proactive solutions to logistic issues and to be a trustful and insightful partner for CS / Logistic team within EA affiliates, in order to reach a common goal;
• Managing claims or returns; 
• Conducting reports and analysis related to the KPI of the function. 

 

What will make you successful 

• Minimum 6 months experience in Supply Chain or Logistics  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel or Power Query/BI
• Knowledge of SAP is nice to have
• Able to work with deadlines 
• Be a curious team player 
• Fluency in English and Italian is a must 
• Knowledge of another language is very appreciated
