DART (Data, Analytics and Reporting Team) is poised to be the central Management Information System(MIS) group for all functions in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations. We are a global group with presence in US, India & Philippines.
As a Senior Analytics Solutions Associate in the DART team, you will be part of the DART MIS setup and will be responsible for providing MIS solutions. You will collaborate with different stakeholders and across different levels of Management and ensure that the most optimum solution is provided. As a member of the DART team you will leverage a broad technology suite to implement automated solutions and deliver data driven insights.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations/tasks related to a functional area or business partner
- Ensures projects are completed according to established timelines
- Participates in cross-functional teams as an subject matter expect from Management Information System
- Duties may include, but are not limited to assembling data, building reports/dashboards, and providing input on out of the box solutions for our business partners.
- Independently leading and delivering complex reporting projects
- Identifies risks and opportunities along with potential solutions in order to unlock value.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5 years demonstrated experience leveraging analytics and data mining to deliver tangible business improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Economics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science)
- 3 years of technical knowledge and/or experience using various data visualization (e.g. SAS/Tableau) and data wrangling tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL, SAS, Alteryx)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to summarize findings into concise, high level points geared towards the audience and visually depict key data and findings
- Must have first-hand experience & knowledge of querying different databases & other source systems for data analysis required for reporting
- Demonstrated ability to positively interface with other departments, colleagues, senior management and external customers is required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience within the banking industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - proven ability to produce quality results timely
- Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Presenting recommendations to management and business partners (including business implications) and determining how to best summarize and visualize the results
- Knowledge of Data lake, snowflake, AWS, Azure – cloud platforms is a plus
This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
