Your role:

 

We are seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner for People & Transformation within our EMD Electronics business. You will be working in the Electronics Communications & CEO Office team and report into the Head of Electronics Reputation and Positioning. Your primary responsibility will be to develop transformation communications and positioning strategies to inform, engage, and align employees with business goals. This requires strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the alignment of messaging and consistent communication of key initiatives across all channels. As such, you will support the EMD Electronics Strategy and Enabling Function organization globally and engage in other business partnering activities by advising leadership on effective communication, as well as, collaborating with teams across functions and sectors (e.g., Corporate- and Sector Communications or Group HR). You will create and deliver high-quality communication materials, including newsletters, employee articles, as well as, presentations, and drive the sector’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion communications activities.

Who you are:

 

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, business, marketing, human resources or related field
• +5 years of experience in communications or corporate change management
• Excellent English copywriting and journalistic writing skills

 

Preferred Requirements

• Passion for technology and science, knowledge of the electronics industry
• Capable of strategic thinking and positioning of strategy topic
  Effective stakeholder management, ability to counsel and lead without authority
  Strong intercultural and global experience
• Proven experience in employee-related topics like engagement, DE&I, etc
