Acentra seeks a Healthcare Solution Architect to join our growing team.
Job Summary
As a Healthcare Solution Architect, you will play an integral role in bridging business and technology to meet organizational needs. You will be responsible for solutioning, designing, and supporting the implementation of new business capabilities and technologies to enhance business processes. You will communicate your expert understanding to both internal and external stakeholders.
The Solution Architect is responsible for solutioning, designing and bridging the business and technology to fulfil the business needs. Solution Architect supports implementation of new business capabilities and migration of new technology enhancing business processes and communicates expert understanding to internal and external stakeholders. This role is a member of the Design Engineering Excellence Team and you will report to the Director of Design Engineering Excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify business trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Generate reports and monitor KPIs to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows.
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with stakeholders.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Assist in the development and tracking of operational goals and objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and successful strategy implementation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate recommendations and progress updates to leadership.
- This role may require travel approximately 10% to 20% of the time.

Required Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree with 9 to 10 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s Degree with 7 years of business solutioning and implementation experience specifically within the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (such as waterfall, hybrid agile, and agile/scrum framework) with the ability to partner with business units and other technology departments in implementing major initiatives.
- Extensive experience in business solutioning and implementation within the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of business models and functions, with a solid background in data analytics and process optimization.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to balance multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Extensive experience in providing business and technical solution guidance across multiple subject matter areas.
- Strong understanding of healthcare business, technology, tools, and applications.
- Excellent customer relations skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation.
- Experience in leading JAD design sessions and client demonstrations of complex business requirements.
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Provides industry insights, market trends, and best practices to influence continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with senior management.
- Stays updated on new business policies, technology advancements, and market developments (including federal regulations), recommending the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance the quality of business solutions and related deliverables.
