Responsibilities:

  • Market Opportunities: Identify and assess global growth opportunities through data-driven research and competitive analysis.
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a dynamic pipeline of potential clients, partners, and strategic opportunities through diverse channels, with clear governance.
  • Strategic Planning: Create business plans and cases (i.e. market entry strategies, growth initiatives, financial projections, investment logic, and risk assessments) and prepare executive-ready decision materials.
  • Business Development: Lead strategic customer/partner initiatives with cross-functional teams, accelerate opportunity-to-revenue conversion and driving overall performance.
  • Market Strategy Execution: Design and implement data-driven market strategies to drive business expansion, aligned with Sales, Product Management and executive team members.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Strengthen focus and performance of the portfolio, and identify whitespace opportunities and optimization levers.
  • Business Transformation: Embed GenAI and analytics into core commercial processes to boost productivity and decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or relevant field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, or growth/transformation roles in an international environment

  • Minimum 2 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with experience in growth strategy, market entry, or commercial transformation.

  • Proven ability to build robust business cases (market sizing, financial modelling, risk assessment) and translate analysis into recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • Track record in influencing cross-functional teams and driving execution in complex global organizations.

  • Fluent in (written and spoken) English, additional languages are advantageous. International travel required.
