Position Description & RequirementsPOSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our Client Billing team. In this new role, you'll report directly to the Associate Vice President and play a key part in our fast-paced, high-growth environment. A successful Senior Business Analyst will have strong analytical skills, will be confident project managing cross functional teams, and will be comfortable managing multiple high visibility projects at a time.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand contracts between Radiology Partners (RP) and clients (typically hospitals)
- Analyze data available in RP billing systems and data collected from clients to determine how, when, and how much to invoice clients
- Work with operations and RCM teams to ensure clients are billed consistent with contract terms
- Generate and present detailed reports for RP and client leaders to explain large invoices, leveraging detailed knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle to answer questions
- Define and implement metrics that anticipate changes in client revenue
- Investigate actual or anticipated changes in client revenue, and provide recommendations to leadership
- Support the Client Billing team with projects and initiatives focused on maximizing revenue, increasing accuracy of invoicing, and streamlining billing team processes.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s in Health or Business Administration with 2–3 years of experience preferred, or equivalent education/experience; 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or billing preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis preferre
