The Annuity Delivery team with Business Development and Delivery has an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates. This team leads the delivery of critical efforts associated with all aspects of our Annuity Portfolio. This primarily includes efforts associated with product development, operations, regulatory, distribution, and experience related processes and/or capabilities.

The most qualified candidates will exhibit the following:
- Strong business acumen and proven experience with annuity products, operations, distribution, and/or servicing
- Project management experience with demonstrated skills navigating ambiguity, understanding strategic objectives, and developing plans to meet those objectives
- Results driven with the ability to work independently
- Must have an attitude that recognizes we are a part of something bigger than ourselves, strives to be better, and understands the value of a team
- Proven ability to plan, manage and successfully execute projects of varying complexity
- Has a ‘can-do’ attitude and is considered a leader by their peers
- Proven ability to build relationships and leverage the expertise of business partners to achieve goals
- Ability to handle ambiguity and quickly adapt when changes occur
- Solid analytical skills to support critical thinking in assessing options and formulating recommendations
- Executive presence, with strong written and oral communication skills
Hybrid work schedule required with at least 2 days onsite, subject to change.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as a technical professional in the analysis of pricing and design features, product, and profitability.
Actively finds opportunities for improvement and makes solution recommendations.
Provides support and guidance related to product design and management.
Provides high level, strategic input on key initiatives addressing product strategy and profitability objectives.
Participates and may lead new business development and implementation projects.
Works with Product Directors to predict needs and issues. Acts as a resource to Product Directors. Reacts appropriately to market conditions.
Identifies and evaluates business opportunities. Partners with leadership to provide a regular assessment of financial results and recommendations to increase future profitability.
Investigates and assists in development of new tools and technology to improve product performance.
Reviews and analyzes highly technical and sophisticated market information on benchmark competitors. Identifies options to keep
