We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA. In this role, you will support our account management team by maintaining client relationships, processing client requests, and assisting with account coordination. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in client relations and business development.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support
Maintain and update client records and internal databases
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure service delivery
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as needed
Support the Account Managers in identifying client needs and proposing solutions
Ensure timely follow-ups and communications with clients
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
