GEA supports farmers worldwide with a broad portfolio designed to maximize productivity and milk quality.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>To strengthen our team in Switzerland, at location Kirchberg (BE), we are looking to fill the following management position as soon as possible:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Country Manager Division Farm Technologies Austria, Switzerland \&amp; Southeast Europe (m/f/d)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Location: Switzerland (Kirchberg) or Austria (Vienna)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Country Manager Division Farm Technologies Austria, Switzerland \&amp; Southeast Europe (m/f/d)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Lead and develop the Farm Technologies country/subregion organization for Austria, Switzerland \&amp; Southeast Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia\-Herzegovina, Montenegro \&amp; Kosovo)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Support the development of divisional strategies and enrich them with local customer, market, and country insights&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Full P\&amp;L responsibility for all GEA Farm Technologies sales and service activities in ACH \&amp; SE&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Further develop, elaborate, and implement the FT country/sales strategy in alignment with the divisional strategy; manage budgeting and execute sales \&amp; service activities&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Support and develop the GEA FT ACH \&amp; SEE dealer network&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Assess the financial performance of small entities compared to importer setups&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Profile and Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a technical discipline&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Internationally experienced expert in sales, service, and general management, with a strong focus on country sales&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an engineering?driven environment&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Advanced understanding of business development and experience managing complex change processes&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Preferably experience with legal procedures and knowledge of labor law, Health \&amp; Safety legislation, and commercial regulations&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Strong analytical abilities, problem?solving skills, and strategic thinking&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent communication and public speaking skills&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Proven leadership competencies, including the ability to lead and develop internationally and culturally diverse teams&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Our Offer&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>This position comes with a highly competitive compensation package, including a performance bonus and a company car for private use.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Please ensure that your application includes all relevant documents, particularly your CV/résumé and supporting certificates/references. jpidd58aa2cjm jit0729jm jiy26jm
