Job Description
The Learning Operations Senior Analyst manages day-to-day accounts payable and procurement-related activities for the global learning and capabilities organization, overseeing the team’s budget and a portfolio of vendors. This role drives operational excellence through process automation initiatives, including Power Apps workflow development and system integration optimization, to ensure seamless learning operations at scale. The Analyst owns team KPIs — defining, tracking, analyzing, and communicating insights — and supports budget forecasting, spend analysis, and the annual operating plan. Critical to this role is the ability to centralize and standardize transactional processes while transforming operational data into actionable insights that enable data-driven decision making. The position leads process improvement, operational governance, and reporting, with a focus on creating scalable, technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and quality of insights.

Key Responsibilities:
-Accounts Payable and Procurement Operations:
- Manage end-to-end AP processes for the global Talent organization: vendor onboarding/setup, document routing for approvals, PO creation, receipt/confirmation against POs, and invoice processing.
- Ensure timely payments and resolve payment exceptions or vendor disputes.
- Partner with Procurement and Legal to ensure vendor agreements are executed, maintained, and leveraged for best value.
- Maintain vendor master data accuracy and ensure controls for segregation of duties and compliance.
- Collaborate with Procurement to identify opportunities for cost savings through vendor consolidation, negotiated agreements, and volume discounts.
-KPI ownership, reporting, and Insights:
- Maintain the Learning and Capability team’s KPIs – inclusive but not exclusive to formalized KPIs in Goalz
- Build dashboards and regular reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive action or discussion
-Budget management and financial planning:
- Own forecasting for team spend; maintain rolling forecasts
- Analyze actuals vs. plan and provide commentary on variances
- Support development of the annual operating plan (AOP) and periodic reforecasts
- Collaborate with ZBB for month-end and year end close and budget adjustments
-Process improvement, operations, and governance:
- Identify and lead operational process improvements, standardization efforts, and automation opportunities across the Learning and Capabilities team
- Maintain and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documents
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies and audit requirements
-Cross functional collaboration:
- Work closely with all cross functional partners (Procurement, IT, Performance)
- Act as Learning and Capabilities Operations subject matter expert
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounts payable, procurement support, or learning operations
- Strong analytical skills and experience building reports/dashboards (Excel required; experience with BI tools preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical experience with P2P processes: vendor setup, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and payments.
- Proficiency in SAP Concur and SAP Ariba systems
- Understanding of low-code development platforms and process automation
- Experience developing and maintaining Power Apps solutions for workflow automation
- Experience in vendor management and risk assessment

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
