WWC Global is seeking a Senior Recruiter with various System Engineering, IT, Financial Management, Construction and Healthcare recruiting experience. The Senior Recruiter will utilize their skills to attract and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline aligned with our brand identity. The Sr Recruiter will have a vast network of contacts within the government space, and with related industry, non-profit, and military partners. They will work alongside program managers and hiring managers to lead recruiting efforts and identifies critical skill sets, develop successful job postings, identify successful networks, and actively comply with WWC Global processes and applicable employment regulations.
Duties included but may not be limited to:
- Acts as WWC’s main point of contact to build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promotes company’s reputation as “employer of choice” for veterans and military spouses
- Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations.
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, social media forums, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Sources candidates through databases, online employment forums and social media while keeping abreast of OFCCP compliance
- Assesses applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit the position
- Ensures all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with OFCCP and employment laws and regulations
- Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and meet compliance objectives
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
- Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports to both hiring managers and WWC HQ management
- Manages current candidate activity in Workable, WWC’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
- Conducts informational interviews.
- Acts as a key point of contact for recruitment compliance.
- Focuses on finding candidates for specific bids and proposal efforts
- Works with the Business Development team, Recruiting Manager, and Program Managers to support all proposal efforts with recruiting needs
- In support of BD recruiting requirements, collects Letter of Intents/Commitments to support proposal requirements
- Re-formats resumes in accordance with requirements of the RFP
- Continues engagement with candidates throughout the bidding process up to award/no award notice

Expected salary starting at $85,000
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 0-10% / Minimal travel expected: offsites, meetings, training, a conference.
